Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a GTM, GA4, CRO & Looker Studio Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital marketing efforts, analyzing data, and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing, analytics, and development teams to implement effective tracking, measurement, and reporting strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive Google Tag Manager (GTM) strategies to track and monitor various digital marketing campaigns, including website, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Consult and implement web and mobile analytics solutions and provide on-going reporting services to clients in varied domains to set up, configure, and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties, events, and custom dimensions for accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using GA4 and other analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve website conversion rates, user engagement, and overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop meaningful reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels, and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing user experience and driving higher conversion rates.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation and troubleshooting of tracking codes, pixels, and events, and ensure data integrity across various platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to GTM, GA4, CRO, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, Consent Management V2 is a must for regulated frameworks.



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) and Google Tag Manager Fundamentals are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for complex digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio, PowerBI or similar data visualization and reporting tools to create interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics, tracking methodologies, GDPR & Consent Management and data governance best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus.
