Job Description & Summary

In joining, you’ll help federal, state and local government clients solve complex business issues and manage jurisdiction related risk. You’ll help our clients assess their operational and security and data management strategies so they can continue to operate more efficiently and effectively, both today and tomorrow.

Key responsibilities
 Conduct research on urban issues and analyze data to identify trends and challenges.
 Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
 Support in project delivery through meetings, site visits, data collection, consultations and
summarising the meeting notes and inferences for project deliverables.
 Support in project delivery at project locations or through frequent travelling, based on
client requirements.
 Conduct research on trends for development of cities, sustainable urban frameworks,
urban financing, institutional assessments and urban governance.
 Support in business development acitivities and proposal writing
Desired qualifications and experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
 Experience in policy analysis, urban planning, or a related field.
 Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
 Knowledge of urban issues and challenges, including municipal finance, sustainable
develpment, urban resilience, housing, transportation, and economic development.
 Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools (e.g., GIS, SPSS, MS Office).

Mandatory skills-Urban Planning, Public Policy, research on trends for development of cities, sustainable urban frameworks, urban financing, institutional assessments and urban governance.
