Job Description 

The payroll specialist is responsible for multiple APAC countries including India. 

APAC Payroll: 

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing on a monthly, semi-monthly basis. 

• Serve as the go-to payroll expert for your assigned country, with deep knowledge of local legislation, tax laws, and compliance standards. 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver accurate, compliant payroll services. 

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including taxation, controls, and financial reconciliations. 

• Analyze existing payroll procedures and recommend improvements to eliminate manual processes. 

• Maintain a close working relationship with the company’s external payroll provider (ADP Celergo and Global view). 

• Experience with HR ticketing tools and a sharp eye for detail. 

• High degree of integrity and confidentiality. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with payroll data and reconciliations. 

• Provide support and Payroll data for annual audits and internal reviews.

• 8-10 years of payroll experience in managing APAC region Payrolls. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. 

• Strong knowledge in Global Payroll laws and regulations. 

• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset. 

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resource, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or other relevant disciplines. 

• Able to work independently, resourcefully, and have a good sense of responsibility. 

• Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. 

• Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
