Job Title: Specialist - Software Engineering (Pega) 
Location: PAN India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Specialist for Software Engineering with expertise in Pega development. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field, with a particular focus on Pega applications. The candidate should have a Pega relevant certification and should be familiar with the latest Pega features. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Pega applications following Pega guardrails, infinity guidelines, and recommended design patterns.

2. Leverage knowledge of data storage and database queries through Pega.

3. Handle integration and work with REST and SOAP APIs.

4. Utilize hands-on experience in using Data pages, Dataflows, Flows, Flow Actions, Views, Activities, Service-level agreement, Connectors, Service rules, etc.

5. Manage Case Management and User Interface design and implementation.

6. Responsible for the development of agile stories as directed by the Tech lead.

7. Use debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues using Pega tools.

8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Required Skills:

1. 5-7 years of experience in Pega Development with a Pega relevant certification.

2. Hands-on experience on Constellation and DX APIs.

3. Knowledge on latest Pega Features on v8 X Infinity 23.

4. Understanding and experience with Data pages, Dataflows, Flows, Flow Actions, Views, Activities, Service-level agreement, Connectors, Service rules.

5. Proficiency in Case Management and User Interface.

6. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Good debugging skills using Pega tools.

8. Experience in Pega - Customer Service, Pega - Smart Dispute, Pega - Healthcare, Pega - Decisioning, Pega - UX, Pega -Testing, Pega - Insurance, Pega - Smart Investigate, Pega - CLM KYC, Pega - RPA.
