Minimum 5 years of handson experience managing Google Ads Search Display YouTube Performance Max and Meta Ads Facebook Instagram

Proven expertise in account management and campaign activation including setup optimization and scaling

Strong knowledge of media planning budget management and pacing across multiple accounts

Experience in performance optimization through audience targeting bid strategies creative testing and AB experiments

Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools Google Analytics Ads Manager dashboards ExcelSheets etc with ability to track ROI CPA CTR and ROAS

Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools Google Tag Manager pixels UTM implementation

Excellent problemsolving skills with ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and adapt strategies quickly
