Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Expert with French language skills to join our team in Chennai. As a Process Expert - French Voice, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes, procedures, and documentation for our French-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and guidelines for French-speaking clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Analyze and optimize process workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
* Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and other documentation for French-speaking clients
* Provide technical support and training to French-speaking clients on our products and services
* Develop and maintain relationships with French-speaking clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
* 3-6 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field
* Native-level fluency in French and proficiency in English
* Strong knowledge of French business culture and customs
* Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
