Join Infosys BPM International Voice Process (Bengaluru)

Mandatory International Voice process experience


  • Candidates who have minimum 1 year and Maximum 3 years (1-3) of experience (International voice process experience) should only apply. More than 3 years of experience or below one year of experience will be directly rejected.


  • Candidates must be able to work in night shifts.
  • Candidates must work from office for 5 days a week.


  • There will be a communication assessment call once you are shortlisted and it is mandate to pass the assessment with above 75% (International voice).


  • Candidates who clear the assessment with above criteria will only be considered for further level of Interview process.

Role Highlights


  • Position: International Voice Process Customer Support
  • Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
  • Shift: Night Shift (5 days a week)

Mandatory Requirements


  • International Voice Support Experience: 13 years only
  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Speak, Read & Write fluently
  • Outstanding Customer Handling Skills
  • Willingness to work Night Shifts

(Candidates without international voice experience will not be considered.)
