You will be a part of the Customer support team handling Inbound & Outbound calls based on the requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities
Need to be flexible with rotating shift schedules based on business requirements.
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with good service.
Following up with customers to check that theyre satisfied with the updates.
Letting customers know about additional features & options based on the scenarios.
Need to handle escalation queries & concerns.
Working with a team of CSR & other departments to find appropriate solutions.
Skills Required:
Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience with Spanish language
Should have completed B1/B2 level in Spanish language.
Need to work on multitasking based on requirements.
Good call handling skills.
Basic knowledge on MS office & word.
Added advantage of handling English customers when required.
Added advantage if candidate has prior experience with Latin American.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate.
B1/B2 level certification in Spanish Language with any authorized institutions.
