Job Description

Looking for a Spa Manager for our upcoming hotel Taj Palace, Lucknow.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage guest service standards which are consistent with the propertys standards and brand attributes
  • Effectively work with Hotel Marketing, Public Relations, and Advertising to position and garner maximum Spa/Salon revenue.
  • Ensure Spa and Salon property and equipment is properly used and maintained.
  • Coordinate and conduct performance appraisals of the Spa/Salon Management in accordance with property and company guidelines and procedures.
  • Organize business entertainment activities with clients and contacts to build relationship, educate on product and drive financial results.
  • Monitor the market closely and report to news, happenings and market changes with direct effect on corporate business.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met.
  • Build up good rapport with the other hotel departments.
  • Inform the management about any important corporate local events and VIP visits.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial acumen coupled with a robust personality capable of operating effectively under the pressure and fast-pace of the deal marketplace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to challenge, negotiate and operate at a senior level.
  • Experience of working on transactions, disputes or completion accounts would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in large hotel conferencing operations.
  • Hotel Revenue Management - Thorough understanding of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems.
