Sourcing Specialist - US

Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to identify best talents and bring them on board?

We're looking for someone like that to help us:
• advise on recruitment strategy for our global stakeholders and ensure the highest standards of recruitment advisory are being met
• building long term relationships with candidates
• use multiple sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify high-quality candidates
• build and maintain talent pools
• make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
• stay ahead of market trends to advise sourcing decisions
• create and implement a global talent mapping strategy, identifying critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets
• you are required to work in the US time zone

Your team

You will be part of the Global sourcing team, working within the professionals based in Poland, UK, Switzerland and USA.
Our team partners with a wide range of business groups globally to further enhance their people agenda. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by identifying the right candidates within the right timeframes.
