Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Market Insights: Keep abreast of US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide recommendations to improve hiring efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and internal policies.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, generate reports on hiring status, and provide insights to leadership.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for US roles for both Part Time and Full Time roles
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and hiring practices .
- Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboardingensuring a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
