Role Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (35 years) to drive high-volume and multi-location hiring by building strong talent pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across roles and locations
• Manage volume hiring drives within defined timelines
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and role fit
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and share regular updates

Qualifications

• 35 years of sourcing experience across multiple domains
• Proven experience in volume hiring and talent engagement
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree in HR or related field (preferred)
