Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter with 45 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technology hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various skill areas while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management skills, and consistent delivery track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment: requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding follow-up
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
• Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate technical interviews and client interviews
• Manage candidate engagement and relationship throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Negotiate compensation and close offers effectively
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring reports
• Ensure defined TAT and hiring SLAs are consistently met
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche skills

Required Skills

• Strong experience in hiring for IT roles (developers, data, QA, infra, security, ERP etc.)
• Expertise in sourcing using Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn techniques
• Good understanding of IT skills and technology stacks
• Strong screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
