The Sourcing Specialist drives talent acquisition by identifying qualified audiences, managing job postings, and building robust talent pools. As a strategic partner to the Solutions Team, this role evaluates resource requests and delivers critical insights on capacity planning, timeline feasibility, and market-competitive compensation. The ideal candidate excels at both tactical sourcing and strategic collaboration across sourcing operations, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing

• Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs
• Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies
• Create and post job adverts
• Source and screen and qualify candidates
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure development and delivery of recruitment priorities
• Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., response times, rates, and vendor performance)

Solutioning

• Gather and document project requirements in collaboration with Presales, Production Managers, and Sales teams
• Review and analyze incoming Presales requests to ensure alignment with business and client needs
• Provide accurate insights on ramp-up timelines, resource availability, and cost structures
• Collaborate with sourcing to ensure optimal rates and recruitment times are provided
• Conduct preliminary market research and benchmarking to compare solutions, pricing, and capabilities
• Assist in developing competitive proposals that drive future project wins
• Provide administrative and operational support for RFPs, Solution Requests, and RFIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior-level managers to design viable solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and refining solution processes
• Escalate complex challenges to the Solutions Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months tenure in current role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing, vendor management, or solutions roles
• Strong analytical capabilities and research skills
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Eagerness to adapt to challenges and demonstrate agility
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
