Sourcing Specialist (SaaS IT)

Role : Source & Screen - Recruitment (IT Recruitment)

Responsibilities :

• Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. -
• Meet the monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns

Preferred Skills :

• Bachelors degree is preferred. -
• Highly preferred recruitment experience in IT domain
• Should have excellent written communication skills.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
