Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Senior Technical Instructors across multiple technology domains
- Manage contractual and part-time hiring requirements effectively
- Handle high-volume hiring , with the ability to onboard 910 candidates per month consistently
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other platforms
- Screen, assess, and coordinate technical evaluations and interviews
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and account managers to understand hiring needs
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on hiring progress and closures
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Experience in technical or techno-functional hiring (mandatory)
- Exposure to volume hiring ; candidates from volume hiring backgrounds are welcome if keen to transition into technical hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High level of ownership, consistency, and stability in previous roles
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Demonstrated experience onboarding 910 candidates per month
- Experience in contract and part-time hiring is a strong added advantage
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR is a plus)
