Sourcing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers across multiple product categories. This role will be responsible for cost optimisation, contract negotiation, supplier relationships, and ensuring reliable supply for a growing international business.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, global sourcing experience, and the ability to manage multiple vendors across different regions and product types.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and manufacturers across diverse product categories
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise procurement strategies
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and supply agreements
• Evaluate supplier reliability, quality standards, and compliance
• Establish and manage long-term vendor relationships
• Draft and manage contracts and service level agreements
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and supply risks
• Implement supplier performance tracking and quality controls
• Ensure ethical sourcing and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing or procurement roles
• Experience with international suppliers and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical and cost management skills
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
