Job Description

Identify and evaluate potential vendors domestically and internationally to manufacture products according to the requirements of the product development and design teams.
Negotiate with and monitor vendors on prices, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms to ensure the best outcomes for the company.
Oversee quality control and assurance, implementing robust systems to maintain high product standards.
Manage the logistics of the goods, considering trade agreements, tariffs, and government schemes to ensure the best outcomes for the company.
Develop and implement tools and systems to effectively manage global sourcing activities.
Formulate sourcing strategies to minimize risks related to vendor concentration and geopolitical issues.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with approved standards.
