What Youll Do
- Design and implement competent sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define supplier/vendor selection guidelines and ensure adherence to company's quality standards.
- Build and sustain a highperformance culture focused on continuous improvement and business excellence.
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies aligned with customer needs, organizational goals, and market conditions.
- Proactively identify costreduction opportunities and lead initiatives to achieve savings.
- Negotiate effectively with material and logistics service providers to deliver cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with Company's ethics, values, and statutory requirements.
- Formulate and implement sourcing and commodity strategies.
- Monitor sourcing performance against KPIs and strategic initiatives, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and quotation teams to support customer bids.
- Identify risks in the supplier base (e.g., single source, obsolescence, lead time) and implement mitigation measures.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, vendors, customers).
- Engage regularly with suppliers and customers to understand requirements and exceed expectations.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, building a strong secondline management team.
- Define performance standards and goals for employees and review progress periodically.

Who You Are
- 912 years of experience in sourcing electronic components (active, passive, electromechanical) within manufacturing, preferably EMS.
- Handson experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech (any specialization).
