Sourcing Manager

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:-

• Proactively source and acquire qualified potential buyers through various channels, including channel partners, brokers, and referrals.

Network Management:-

• Build and nurture a strong network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Performance Tracking:-

• Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing strategies and channel partner effectiveness.

Market Analysis:

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the luxury real estate segment to inform sourcing decisions.

Skills & Experience

• High-Ticket-Size Experience: Must have a proven track record of dealing with high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market(South Mumbai)
• Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.
