Were looking for a seasoned Sourcing Lead with 8+ years of experience and an active vendor network in China to lead end-to-end sourcing for our accessories category .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building supplier relationships, negotiating smartly, and ensuring top-notch quality and cost efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

• 8+ years of sourcing experience, including 45 years of hands-on China sourcing .
• Strong exposure to accessories like caps, bags, footwear accessories, or small goods .
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

What Youll Do:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for accessories from China - from supplier identification to final fulfillment.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor network across China.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and contracts to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
• Stay on top of market trends to identify new materials and supplier opportunities.
• Manage logistics, import documentation, and supplier audits.
• Travel periodically to China for production follow-ups and quality checks.
