What You'll Do

Recruitment

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-priority Engineering, Product, and Design roles based in Bengaluru.(VLSI,SOC,DFT,PD,ASIC)
• Partner closely with leadership to translate hiring plans into clear prioritization, calibrated interview processes, and predictable delivery.
• Build and execute creative, high-signal sourcing strategies tailored to the technical market.
• The recruiter should be highly skilled in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, ensuring strong and diverse talent pipelines.
• The recruiter must work closely with external recruitment agencies to support smooth sourcing, interview scheduling, and endtoend coordination.
• Help establish Scalefluxs employer brand in India by crafting compelling candidate narratives and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Provide market insights (talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitive landscape) to inform hiring strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and proactively recommend improvements as we scale the office.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and consistently track weekly metrics to drive performance and transparency.

HR Operations

• Handle new joiners queries both over the phone and through email.
• Coordinate several areas of Payroll processing, BGV process, Onboarding, Relocation, Visa and interacting with vendors and the business.
• Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
• Candidate Experience Management: Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints.
• Process ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination

What You Have

• 36+ years of fullcycle recruiting experience with strong success hiring technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Strong understanding of the tech talent market, competitive trends, and compensation dynamics.
• Strong business acumen with clear awareness of how hiring impacts delivery, team health, and organizational outcomes.
• Selfdriven, resourceful, and comfortable working in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Thrives in dynamic settings and navigates ambiguity confidently.
• Deep sourcing expertise, using creative strategies to attract talent beyond inbound channels.
• High standards for execution, data accuracy, process hygiene, and followthrough.
• Capable of managing moderately complex tasks independently.
• Curious about HR processes and how they integrate with broader organizational workflows.
• Demonstrates discretion, judgment, and professionalism when interacting across all levels, from new hires to senior leadership.
