Sourcing Head Investment Banking (Client-Side Mandates)

Location:

Delhi NCR

Experience:

610 years (Investment Banking, Fundraising, PE/VC Sourcing, Founder Advisory)

Compensation:

CTC: 1014 LPA (Fixed) + performance-linked variable

Role Objective

The Sourcing Head owns the quality of mandates entering Equity360.

The role focuses on sourcing fundable, serious founders, strengthening upfront monetization, and ensuring mandates have a clear path to closure.

This is not a sales or lead-volume role. It is a judgment-driven, outcome-oriented leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Own mandate quality end-to-end

Source and qualify high-intent fundraising mandates

Assess fundraise readiness, valuation realism, and sector fit

Filter out non-fundable or misaligned opportunities early

Drive upfront mandate and advisory monetization

Improve average upfront ticket size without compromising founder trust

Ensure mandates sourced have a clear conversion path to closure

Bridge founder expectations with investor realities

Track and improve mandate-to-closure conversion ratios

Coach and manage sourcing associates

Set quality benchmarks and weekly sourcing priorities

Provide market and investor feedback to leadership

Hybrid Working Model

The role follows a hybrid structure.

Office presence is expected for team leadership, reviews, and key meetings.

Remote working is permitted on other days based on role requirements and performance expectations.

Flexibility is outcome-driven, not calendar-driven.
