Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end direct and indirect procurement functions.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead cost optimization, value engineering, and savings initiatives.
• Strengthen supplier contracts and commercial terms to mitigate risk and improve margins.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and services for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Establish robust procurement controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply-side risks.
• Develop and manage MIS, spend analytics, and procurement dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing procurement team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience managing large procurement budgets.
• Strong analytical background with expertise in cost analysis, spend management, and value optimization.
• Excellent negotiation skills with strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Prior experience at GM / Senior Management level preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems and data-driven procurement processes.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and stakeholder management capability.
