Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 1-2 of BA professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance
- Understand in detail the business process flow and correlations of data that corporate onto sourcing analytics.
- Engage with different teams, review business needs and drive business process improvement with current data for whole sourcing organization
- Challenge status quo, proactive review regular tasks and continue improvements via automation and optimization.
- Be creative in designing and implementing visualization.
- Collaboration with BA locates in HK
- Leads the team to find solutions and alternatives and work as part of the team.
- Drive, propose and ensure effective communication chains between suppliers and sourcing operations through automation and analytics
- Conduct data analytics and support regular reporting, automation setup and support, ad-hoc assignments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Strong knowledge in software development cycle, system and data integration, data architecture, ETL, data model and visualization design
- SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI (or other BI tools) Automation software such as RPA, M365 Apps (Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint List) ML, AI is a plus
- Ability to structure fragmented business processes and data, transform them into useful business information and data driven decision making. Improvement with current data for whole sourcing organization
- Strong integrity and common sense, business domain knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-management, details oriented, team player
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computing or related
- A minimum of 4 years managing a team effectively, including performance management
- experience of application implementation, process re-engineering, range of statistical software, programming, end-to-end BI design & development, RPA.
- Waterfall and Agile PM methodology, BA methodology
- Strong attention to detail and prioritizing skills, able to produce high quality work autonomously
