Responsibilities

Lead the successful deployment of a Supplier Collaboration Platform across multiple Operating Companies ensuring alignment with global standards and addressing local needs.

Lead Platform set-up especially in areas of GAP assessment and implementation of localizations.

Support on testing cycles, data cleansing and migration, cutover, Go-live activities and hypercare.

Monitor key deliverables, risks, issues and timeline. Act as primary escalation point for Operating Companies to Global Project team and Platform provider.

Ensure transparency around Platform deployment: provide timely updates on progress and ensure clear communication of risks and issues to stakeholders.

Align with delegated Functional Owners on key design topics relating to platform ways of working.

Focus on business processes rather than technical details, and support Operating Companies through the transition to the new process and platform.

Act as a bridge between the Global Project team and Operating Companies, and facilitate cooperation to smooth platform deployment and increase adoption.
