    • SOTI MDM Expertise: Strong understanding of SOTI MDM for mobile devices, rugged devices, and printers.
    • As required, provides day-to-day operational support and system administration tasks.
    • Responds to assigned tickets and resolves problems in the designated technology areas.
    • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in system administration processes.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures for the designated technology areas.
    • Deliver high-quality customer service via support platforms.
    • Manage customer issues using support tools, triage, and escalate when necessary.
    • Develop and maintain expertise across various subject areas to process customer requests accurately.
    • Document customer issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the self-service portal and knowledge base.
    • Experience Required:
    • 3-4 years of experience in customer handling with different software products.
    • Strong customer service and technical skills.
    • Excellent phone and written communication skills for customer interactions.
    • Experience in helpdesk support, ticketing systems, technical issue resolution, and system installations.
    • Hands-on experience with collecting and reading Wireshark logs.
    • Understanding of MDM technology.
    • Soft Skills and Communication:
    • Experience supporting English-speaking customers in regions such as EMEA and USA, Canada.
    • Strong communication, documentation, and soft skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong team player (flexible, hard-working, fast learner, self-motivated, results-oriented).
