Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Specialist Directory Services to support and continuously enhance enterprise Directory Services with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) . The role involves operational ownership, service improvements, and collaboration with development and security teams across hybrid (cloud & on-prem) environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), ADFS, PKI , and modern authentication protocols, along with a strong security and compliance mindset.

Key Skills (Mandatory)

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with ADFS, PKI, DNS, Federation Services
• Strong understanding of hybrid identity environments (on-prem + cloud)
• Expertise in IAM concepts, policies, and governance
• Experience with modern authentication protocols :
• SSO
• OIDC
• SAML
• LDAP(S)
• Kerberos
• Strong experience with:
• Azure AD App Proxy
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Conditional Access policies
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot, resolve, and RCA authentication and directory-related issues
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise IAM solutions
• Strong incident, request, and service management experience

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Experience with Entra ID Connect
• Knowledge of PAM / PIM
• Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
• Exposure to third-party IAM solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender security stack
• Strong security assessment and vulnerability management understanding

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and stability of Directory Services (AD, Entra ID, ADFS, PKI)
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management with timely resolution
• Support development, deployment, and enhancement of IAM and Directory Services features
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure IAM integrations
• Identify and implement service improvements for efficiency, performance, and security
• Maintain and enforce IAM security policies aligned with regulatory requirements
• Participate in security assessments, security score evaluations, and vulnerability management
• Perform root cause analysis and provide detailed technical updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of IAM services in hybrid environments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or equivalent experience
• Relevant Microsoft / Identity Management certifications (Preferred)
