Job Description
Responsibilities:
Definition of Offerings and Solutions for Sigmoid BCS Practice (Business Consulting and Solutions)
Define and organize Sigmoids services portfolio for the CPG industry, with a roadmap to expand into Retail, LS and BFS
Outside-in view on how Business Solutions and Services are getting redefined and reorganized in the industry
Lead end-to-end definition and scaling of AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics-led service offerings for CPG, Retail, LS and BFS markets. Ensure offerings are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with delivery capabilities and market demand
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
Design and execute GTM strategies for defined service offerings, including positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, and launch plans
Identify and define target client personas, use cases, and a prioritized client shortlist for each offering
Partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Leadership teams to enable effective market penetration
Value Articulation & Messaging
Own value propositions, business outcomes, and differentiation narratives for each solution Develop client-facing FAQs, solution narratives, and outcome-driven messaging tailored to executive and practitioner audiences
Translate complex analytics capabilities into clear, compelling business value
Train the sales teams on the messaging and value proposition
Solution Architecture & Enablement
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to define solution architectures that balance innovation, feasibility, and scalability
Ensure solutions are well-documented and easy for Sales and Delivery teams to understand and deploy
Assets & Form Factors
Led creation of multi-format solution assets, including sales decks, demos, event experiences, partner collateral, and digital content
Ensured consistent storytelling and quality across all client-facing materials
Supported large industry events and executive briefings with tailored solution workflows and narratives
Qualifications & Experience
1020 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Consulting, or Analytics Services
Strong domain expertise in CPG; exposure to Life Sciences, BFS and Retail is highly desirable
Proven experience packaging and scaling analytics, data, or AI-led services
Strong understanding of data ecosystems, including DS, DE, analytics platforms, and BI tools
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, and communication skills
Leadership through Influence over Authority
Having experience in a start-up environment and a scale-up phase is highly desirable
