Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Services Presales Manager to join our Professional Services Team in Hyderabad. This role is critical in supporting the entire presales cycle for implementation services, ensuring that prospective clients clearly understand the value, scope, and methodology of Darwinbox's service offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in HCM SaaS, coupled with exceptional communication and estimation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Presales Cycle Management: Support the complete presales lifecycle for implementation services, from initial engagement through to deal closure.
- Scope Discovery & Solutioning: Conduct in-depth scope discovery sessions with clients to understand their unique requirements, translating these into comprehensive service proposals. This includes defining scope, timelines, identifying risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Estimation & Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for implementation services, including effort, resources, and costs. Develop compelling proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that clearly articulate the value proposition.
- Functional & Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of end-to-end HCM functional areas and technical services, including integrations, data migration strategies, and reporting capabilities within a SaaS environment.
- RFP Response & Presentations: Lead the preparation of high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for services. Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to prospective customers, showcasing Darwinbox's implementation methodology and service capabilities.
- Discovery Workshops: Facilitate and lead discovery workshops with clients to gather detailed requirements, validate assumptions, and build strong relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations, proposed solutions, and successful service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of HCM SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of running presales for services, with a deep understanding of the presales process.
- Solid understanding of Tier-1 HCM SaaS product across modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management).
- Experience with various implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical and functional concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of AI automation for SoW preparation will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
