Solutions Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to design, present, and support scalable technology solutions aligned with client business needs. This role acts as a bridge between sales, engineering, and customers, ensuring successful solution design, implementation, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions using cloud, software, and integration technologies.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, POCs, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to define solution architecture.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution designs.
• Address technical queries during client engagements and onboarding.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Support implementation teams during deployment and post-go-live phases.
• Identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise or SaaS-based solutions.

Tools & Technologies (Preferred)

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• APIs & Integration: REST, SOAP, Webhooks
• Databases: SQL / NoSQL
• DevOps & Deployment: Docker, CI/CD (basic understanding)
• CRM & Pre-Sales Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot (nice to have)

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications
