Solutions Engineer

Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Have a deep understanding of the entire product suite.
• Should be up-to-date in the technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of any coding language is a must.
• Responsible for implementation of the solutions provided by Razorpay for the Key Clients
• Responsible to represent Razorpay from platform integration perspective with prospective merchants
• Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Razorpay and Merchants
• Support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• The individual will act as a key feedback channel for customer's product requirements/ expectations and will close the loop with the Product team on the same.
• In the case of product customization requests from the clients, S/he would help validate the requirements.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a product based Payments or SAAS platform integrations / Implementation / Solutions team
• Education – BE/B Tech/M Tech – In CS/IT/ETC only
• Any Programming Languages - Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Java script, Python, Java script
