About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consulting Intern (immediate joiner) with 23 years of experience to support our reseller ecosystem, solution design, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) execution. This role bridges technical understanding and business communication, helping sales teams and partners validate solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities -
Reseller & Partner Enablement
- Work closely with resellers and channel partners to understand customer requirements
- Assist in partner solution positioning, demos, and technical enablement
- Support partner onboarding and technical training initiatives
Solutioning & Technical Pre-Sales
- Translate customer business needs into technical solution architectures
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design tailored solutions
- Create solution documentation, diagrams, and technical proposals
Proof of Concept (PoC) Execution
- Set up and manage PoCs for enterprise customers
- Validate product capabilities and performance in customer environments
- Document PoC outcomes and present findings to sales and stakeholders
Sales Support
- Assist sales teams with technical responses for RFPs/RFIs
- Participate in customer calls, demos, and technical workshops
- Help prepare pitch decks and solution collateral
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Channel Support
- Experience working with resellers, system integrators, or channel partners
- Hands-on exposure to PoC environments, demos, or lab setups
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
