Responsibilities include:

Delivering highquality introductory demos for Dynamics 365 applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, and Power Platform.
Supporting sales teams in opportunity qualification, early discovery sessions, and value articulation. Explaining business processes at a high level and aligning them with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
Preparing demo scripts, customer presentations, pitch decks, and reusable presales assets. Participating in RFP/RFI responses and collaborating with functional and technical teams for solution shaping.
Engaging confidently with customers in virtual and inperson sessions.

Required skills:

Should have experience of 8-10 years.
Strong communication, storytelling, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to grasp and explain core business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, service, projects, procurement).
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE/BC) and Power Platform features.
Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product capabilities.
Professional presence and confidence in presenting to business stakeholders.
