About the Role

Were looking for a technically strong Solutions Architect to work directly with our team and customers to design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows on Orbital. Youll combine deep technical skills with problem-solving to deliver real business impact.

What You'll Do

Architect AI Systems

• Design end-to-end workflows involving LLMs, APIs, enrichment providers, databases, and automation layers.
• Whiteboard system interactions before implementation.
• Build multi-source data pipelines with deduplication, scoring, ranking, and fallback logic.
• Make informed trade-offs: cost vs coverage, LLM vs regex, real-time vs batch, precision vs recall.

Customer Advisory

• Lead technical discovery and translate business requirements into robust architectures.
• Guide onboarding and ensure fast time-to-value.
• Educate customers on AI trade-offs and system limitations.

Optimize in Production

• Debug complex workflows across multiple services.
• Improve accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and performance improvements.

Must Haves

• 48 years in solutions architecture, consulting, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to overlap with US time zones.
• Strong systems thinking you can diagram how 68 services interact.
• Experience building multi-source data pipelines with scoring and fallback logic.
• Deep understanding of architectural trade-offs (cost, latency, accuracy).
• Sales intelligence or business data enrichment experience.
• Vertical SaaS experience.
