About the Role

CXO works directly with global mid-market & enterprise organizations in the digital experience & transformation space. This role will be one of an integrated team of technology & business consultants that will be supporting one of our key accounts. You will be working directly with our client, supporting our internal delivery teams with solution architecture capabilities & aligning with leadership on the strategic direction of the account. The client stakeholder you will report to is a U.S based senior leader within a leading global manufacturer of automation, components & robotic solutions.

This engagement is aims to support the client with understanding their current state technology capabilities, connecting it to the business theyre in, collaborating with the team to understand where they want to go, identifying gaps & defining a strategic roadmap for the future (what now?, what next?).

Additionally, you will support our internal team across the account based on project needs, and enable internal leadership with intelligence about the account.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplined internal team members across skills to execute tasks in a highly collaborative environment (this is not an individual contributor role).
• Work closely with multi-disciplined client stakeholders and executives to understand strategic priorities, document current-state architecture, and any pain points encountered.
• Work with our team & the client to define future-state technology architecture and a subsequent roadmap.
• Must be able to provide guidance on considerations to consider ROI/value-driver analysis and explicit rationale for each recommendation.
• Conduct effective stakeholder management, deliver executive-level presentations, and maintain strong, ongoing communication with leadership.
• Proactively identify organizational challenges and surface opportunities where targeted solutions can be proposed and delivered.
• Leverage expertise across the manufacturing enterprise stack to map integrations and recommend optimal architectures in multi-group, global technology ecosystems.

Required Experience & Skills

712+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with proven exposure to global manufacturing organizations.

Deep understanding of key manufacturing systems, including:

• ERP: JD Edwards
• CRM: Salesforce
• Marketing Automation: Acquia Marketing Cloud
• DXP: Acquia
• ETL: IICS (Informatica)
• Data Warehousing: Snowflake
• BI Layer: Power BI
• Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft O365
• ITSM: ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of how global manufacturing enterprises quantify ROI and value drivers for technology programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills with demonstrated ability to engage at senior/executive level.

Strategic thinking and ability to translate business challenges into actionable technology opportunities and solution proposals.
