Role Description

We are seeking an 8+ years of experienced Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and evolution of a modern, secure, microservices-based enterprise platform supporting event management, HR, CRM, accounting, and partner ecosystems. This role is critical in ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of a distributed system built on Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Kubernetes, APIs and cloud-native principles. The Lead Developer will act as the technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, enforcing best practices, mentoring teams, and working closely with product owners, security teams, and operations.

End-to-end technical ownership for AI enabled products

System architecture, design decisions, and coding standards

Development and complex problem solving

Code reviews and technical guidance for developers

Ensuring scalability, performance, and quality delivery

Proven experience as a Lead Developer / Technical Lead

8+ years of strong hands-on development experience

Delivered 23 end-to-end product or platform implementations

Experience managing full product lifecycle development

Background in enterprise-scale or process-driven systems

Ability to independently own and drive technical decisions
