Solutions Architect

Ideal candidate will be leading end-to-end IT infrastructure solutioning from deal qualification to contract closure, including transformation, transition, and operations. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to design competitive solutions, pricing, and contractual deliverables. Requires 1218 years of experience in solution architecture and presales across service desk, workplace, data center, network, and security domains. Location - Pan India.

Job Description

Your Role

• Lead solutioning from deal qualification to contract signature
• Develop end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition, Run)
• Manage internal stakeholders and ensure visibility of solution metrics
• Support Sales Lead in early solution shaping and costing
• Design and document solution artifacts aligned with global processes
• Analyze client requirements and ensure complete solution coverage
• Provide competitive insights and help shape winning strategies
• Collaborate with Deal Analyst for pricing and cost structures
• Review and contribute to contract schedules, SoW, SLAs

Your Profile

• 12 to 18 years in IT Infrastructure Solution Architecture and Presales
