Solutions Architect

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on AI Competency Lead to drive the development and implementation of AI solutions across the organization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, finalize requirements, and collaborate with vendors for solution selection and deployment. The ideal candidate will also be technically proficient to conduct in-house ML proof-of-concepts and perform technical reviews with vendors.

Who were looking for:

Proven experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment (hands-on with Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms).

Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Experience working with external vendors and managing solution implementation.

Ability to conduct technical reviews and evaluate solution architectures.

Experience with ML PoC development, data preparation, and model evaluation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and modern AI platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business teams to understand and finalize AI/ML requirements.
• Evaluate market solutions and work with vendors to select and implement the best-fit AI technologies.
• Lead technical reviews, solution architecture discussions, and ensure vendor deliverables meet organizational standards.
• Develop and execute in-house ML proof-of-concepts to validate approaches and demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices to guide organizational strategy.
• Build and nurture an internal AI competency, including knowledge sharing and training
