Solutions Architect -.Net

Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead solution design, ensure architectural integrity, and guide engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET, React, cloud-native architectures, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. The Solution Architect will drive architecture governance, best practices, reviews, documentation, and continuous modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design with engineering, product, QA, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and reusable components
• Present and secure approvals for architectural proposals
• Enable collaboration across backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and integration teams
• Conduct code reviews for .NET, React, and related components (including MongoDB)
• Review performance testing strategies for scalability and reliability
• Validate release plans for technical readiness
• Define and maintain engineering best practices
• Identify outdated technologies and recommend modern alternatives
• Compare and evaluate frameworks and solutions based on business/technical needs
• Define upgrade paths for libraries, infrastructure, and integrations
• Prepare and present change requests to CAB for approvals
• Ensure architecture and solutions meet SOX and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and updated architecture diagrams, component docs, data flows, and decision records

Requirements

• 13+ years of software engineering experience, including 45 years as a Solution Architect
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, React, API design, MongoDB, SQL
• Expertise in cloud architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS), microservices, messaging, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Experience with code quality and performance testing tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Hands-on experience with architecture documentation tools
