We’re looking for a Product Solutions Analyst who will play a key role in connecting customer needs, product development, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work across product and marketing teams to analyse user behaviour, support feature launches, and help translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.

We’re looking for a Product Solutions Analyst who will play a key role in connecting customer needs, product development, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work across product and marketing teams to analyze user behavior, support feature launches, and help translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys both data-driven problem solving and storytelling through insights.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis & Delivery

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution approaches.

  • Translate customer problems into product specifications and user stories.

  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support product testing, QA, and documentation during new feature rollouts.

  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, and retention.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Support

  • Partner with the marketing team to communicate new feature value propositions.

  • Help craft internal product briefs, messaging, and competitive insights.

  • Conduct lightweight market research to understand audience needs and competitor positioning.

  • Assist in preparing product demos, launch materials, and performance tracking post-launch.

  • Translate technical features into customer-friendly language for users

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or marketing strategy.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a keen sense of user empathy.

  • Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as positioning, segmentation, and campaign metrics.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SaaS, consumer tech, or digital marketing products.

  • Experience with product documentation or customer research tools.

  • Familiarity with Agile workflows, JIRA, or project management tools.

  • Ability to visualize data and insights clearly (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Figma for mockups).
