Solution Specialist - Smart Living Solutions

We are hiring for a Smart Home Automation Solution Specialist.

Ideal candidate is a Tech Enthusiast & is someone who thinks at the intersection of User Experience & Technology. Have a basic understanding of Smart Home Technologies like Matter, Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Lighting Control, Different type of Lighting Modules used on Residential Spaces, Lighting Power Supply Specifications like Constant Current & Constant Voltage, Colour Temperature Control, CRI, Lighting Design etc.,

Job Role :

1. Engage with End Customer and or Interior Designers to understand the requirements & workout a Solution Design to meet the expectations both from a Functional & Commercial angle.
2. Must be able to extract a BOQ from the Solution Designs.
3. Work with Dealer Partners to develop relationships in Micro Clusters of Interior Designers, Interior Fit Out Project Execution Companies, Upcoming Residential Project communities, etc.,
4. Identify / Engage & Acquire New Sales Channels & Onboard New Dealers & provide basic training to become partners of RiVa Smart.
5. Provide complete support to Dealers for all Solution & product related use cases during Solution Design to Implementation.
6. Comfortable using basic 2D AutoCad Floor Plans & Design Tools like Canvas, Excel etc.,
7. Become a reliable Single Point of Contact for the Dealers assigned to him & provide on ground Assitance for implementation of Initial projects by the Dealers installation teams.
8. Provide Feedback to Technical Team about issues encountered during Installation & post installation user experience & Sourcing Team for achieving more scalable Product Market Fit.
