Key Responsibilities:
Presales Solutioning
- Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses: requirement analysis, win theme identification, solution design, pricing, and proposal submission.
- Create high-impact proposals, presentations, and cost models aligned to customer requirements.
- Engage with clients to understand business goals and translate them into technology outcomes
Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Interpret RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and lead the response process with tailored solutions.
- Engage with clients and sales teams to understand business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
Solution Design & Proposal Development
- Comprehensive expertise in Infrastructure services solutioning, including Service Desk, Workplace, Hybrid Infrastructure, Network, and Service Management, enables the architecting of robust end-to-end solutions that leverage both cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
- Drawing upon deep knowledge of digital workplace environments and network optimisation, the solution lead collaborates with technology tower SMEs to define precise operating models, delivery frameworks, and ITIL-aligned service models. This holistic approach supports transformation roadmaps encompassing hybrid cloud adoption, automation enablement, and IT sustainability, ensuring that solutions not only meet but anticipate evolving client requirements.
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), On premise Infrastructure, Networks, Digital Workplace, Service Management leveraging emerging technologies and AI solutions.
