Role Overview

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a global multinational company for an experienced CFIN Order-to-Cash (O2C) Solution Lead.

This role involves owning end-to-end O2C processes within a Central Finance (CFIN) landscape, leading solution architects, and driving system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of O2C Solution Architects
• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (Order Management, Billing, AR, Collections)
• Configure, optimize, and support CFIN O2C solutions
• Partner with Finance, IT, Architecture, and external vendors
• Drive automation, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
• Ensure compliance, quality assurance, testing, and documentation
• Resolve complex system issues and manage escalations
• Track KPIs and present performance insights to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R2R, P2P, Tax, Data, Technical)

Required Skills & Experience

• 915 years of experience in O2C process management
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance (CFIN)
• Proven leadership experience managing functional or solution teams
• Deep understanding of Credit Management, AR, Collections, Billing
• Experience with CFIN integration from source systems
• Knowledge of Down Payments, Project Cash Flow, Global Provisioning rules
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading multiple initiatives and managing priorities
• Exposure to vendor and third-party solution management

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• SAP certifications in O2C / S/4HANA / CFIN preferred
