Work Location: Bengaluru Manyata Tech Park

Hybrid Model: 3 days in office per week

Weekends: Fixed weekly off

Job Overview:

To contribute to the attainment of the companys business objectives by:

• Develop and document technical architecture, system requirements and estimate timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Design data structures and integration flows that support scalable planning processes.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on key architectural decisions related to the Maestro platform and its supporting technologies.
• Configure Kinaxis Maestro Resources: workbooks, automations, scheduled task creation, closed loop configuration Maestro to ERP, interfaces, data models, and analytics tools.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing complex data and analytics configurations to ensure the solution delivers accurate and expected outcomes.
• Work with planning modules including:

o Demand Planning

o Aggregate Supply Planning

o Inventory Management

o Capacity Planning

• Build and maintain custom workbooks, dashboards, scorecards, filters, variables, and alerts.
• Support or lead efforts in the integration layer, including data packages, user groups, and resource management across Maestro environments.
• Identify and resolve system issues related to configuration or performance.
• Continuously improve solution usability and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• 35 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro.
• Strong skills in configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and solution architecture.
• Experience in authoring resources and workbook creation.
• Admin-level Kinaxis certifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
• Knowledge of data models in Demand/Supply planning applications.
• Experience in working with systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and data flows is a plus.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise across the full solution development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and training skills to upskill others in Kinaxis Maestro.
• Very good English language skills in word and writing.
• Self-responsible, independent and solution-oriented working methods.
• Willingness to learn and grow in integration technologies if not already experienced.
