As a Solution Engineer , you will be responsible for supporting our go-to-market strategy and sales. This is a high-impact role for a strategic technologist who thrives in front of customers. You will be the trusted advisor to CISOs and Security Architects, translating their complex security challenges into clear, deployed solutions, business value, and outcomes using Unosecurs Unified Identity Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Win: Partner with Account Executives and GTM to drive complex sales cycles from initial discovery to technical wins.
• Tailor the Narrative: Translate complex technical identity risks into business value. You must be able to explain an IAM policy misconfiguration to a DevOps Engineer and then explain the business impact of that risk to a CISO five minutes later.
• Execute High-Velocity PoVs: Run frictionless Proof of Values. Our technology connects via APIs and shows value in minutes. Your job is to guide the customer through that data, highlighting critical identity risks (toxic combinations, shadow admins, over-privileged roles) in their environment.
• Trusted Advisor: Become a deep subject matter expert on Identity Security across Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity Provider (Okta, EntraID, ), Business Apps (Snowflake, GitHub, ..) for clients and partners.
• Voice of the Customer: As an early member of the team, your feedback loop to Product and Engineering is critical. Translate customer use cases and business requirements into clear feature requests to shape the roadmap.
• Evangelize: Represent Unosecur at industry conferences, webinars, and in technical blog posts.

Requirements

• Experience : 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within the SaaS or Cybersecurity space.
• Cloud Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). You understand how companies structure their cloud (Organizations, Projects, Subscriptions) and the common security challenges they face.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Solid foundation in security concepts such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity & Access Governance (IAG), Privilege Access Management (PAM), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Least Privilege, Zero Trust, and Compliance standards.
• Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences. You can run a demo and handle objections with confidence.
• Discovery Skills: Proven ability to ask the right questions to uncover customer pain points and map them to technical solutions.
• Startup Agility: Prior experience in early or growth-stage startups with a bias toward action and the ability to work with ambiguity.

Nice To Have

• Security Stack Experience: Experience selling or working with Identity Providers (Okta, Entra ID, ..) and Cloud Security tools (Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, ..)
• Scripting & API Experience: You should be able to read and explain scripts as well as REST APIs.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or similar industry certifications.
