Role Description

• Deploy and implement our proprietary healthcare software solutions at hospitals and diagnostic centers.
• Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support in coordination with client IT teams.
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
• Conduct user training sessions and guide hospital staff to confidently use the system in their daily workflow.
• Collaborate with internal product and support teams to escalate issues, track resolutions, and ensure timely client support.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site and liaise with multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• We are seeking a fresher who is available for immediate joining. This is a full-time, on-site role.
• Ability to speak Hindi is mandatory for this role.
