Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect in the solution design and approval process. You will also be responsible for providing costing, response development, and operations support. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop innovative solutions that meet the client's objectives. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Conduct feasibility studies and assess the impact of proposed solutions. - Ensure the successful implementation of solutions by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in conducting architecture reviews and providing recommendations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
