Proven experience (35+ years) as a Solution Designer or Requirements Engineer.
Strong understanding of system design, software development processes, and integration concepts.
Proficiency in requirements modeling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools, UML).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of modern software architectures (APIs, microservices, cloud platforms).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
