Job Title: Solution ConsultantLocation: GurgaonExperience: 6-10 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time

About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales and solution design initiatives across our SaaS and enterprise platforms: CRM/CX Solutions from Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft in addition to No-Code Platforms from other Partners; CLM Solutions from Agiloft and DocuSign; and WorkApps from SmartSheet and Asana.

We also have AIVelocity Accelerators for CRM/CX/CLM Solutions and HCM (EX Stack) from Oracle, and Workian. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful client engagement and solution adoption.


Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal support.
  • Design end-to-end SaaS-based CRM/CLM and CX/EX Solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and high-level architecture diagrams.
  • Provide product expertise in platforms such as Oracle CX, Salesforce, Creatio, Microsoft Dynamics, Smartsheet, Agiloft, and Asana and other enterprise systems.
  • Support proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, SaaS innovations, and competitive offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field along with MBA (Preferred Though Not Essential). Graduates (Without Engineering background) with MBA can also apply provided they have a track record of handling SaaS and Cloud Platforms.
  • Proven experience in CRM/CX/SaaS consulting or solution design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one major platform: Oracle CX / Salesforce / Creatio / Microsoft Dynamics, SmartSheet, Agiloft, ServiceNow, Asana and DocuSign.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures and integrations is preferred.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, and data migration.
  • Pre-sales or customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Certifications in One of the Platforms such as Oracle Fusion Sales/Service; Salesforce / Creatio; Microsoft Dynamics; ServiceNow; or any CLM/HCM Solutions (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience and about 80% of the total experience should encompass handling SaaS/Enterprise Cloud Application Stack. Any prior experience in the field of CRM Cloud/SaaS Solutions; Cloud Platforms is preferred. Candidates must have natural flair for high pitch sales with proven track record, and must be driven to succeed, and earn sales incentives.
